AMPTRON® 24V 100Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries are an alternative replacement (AR) for most applications currently using a deep cycle Gel, AGM or Flooded Lead Acid battery. The maximum continuous discharge current is 100A and peak discharge current 200A for 5 seconds.
These batteries are designed using only the highest quality components and are backed with our 4-year warranty. This includes the use of a robust Battery Management System (BMS), Aluminium encased prismatic cells, solid busbar connectors and internal protection to reduce movement and damaging vibrations. Our batteries can also be placed on their sides providing versatile installation options.
The integrated Battery Management System is designed to monitor, protect, and optimise each cell within the battery. The BMS maximises the performance of the battery by automatically balancing the cells and protecting them from over charging, over discharging, over temperature, and excessive charge or discharge currents. Our integrated BMS allows our batteries to be used as an alternative replacement for most applications requiring deep cycle batteries, however if the charging system does not support a Lithium charge profile, there are some compromises – please contact Amptron for more information.
HEAVY DUTY – BUILT IN BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
AMPTRON® Lithium batteries use a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) designed to automatically disconnect the charging or discharging circuits to prevent damage to the cells and internal electronics from abnormal operation and helps to ensure safe and accurate operation of the battery.
THE BMS PROTECTION FEATURES INCLUDE:
Low Voltage Protection Switch – Automatically disconnects the discharge circuit to prevent damage to the cells if the battery drains below a pre-set voltage.
Over Voltage Protection Switch – Automatically disconnects the charging circuit to prevent damage to the cells if the battery is being charged above a pre-set maximum voltage.
Short Circuit and Over Current Protection Switch – Automatically disconnects the discharge circuit if the load draws currents above pre-set limits.
Reverse Polarity Protection Switch – Automatically disconnects the charge and discharge circuits if a reverse polarity condition is detected.
Thermal protection – Built-in thermal sensors will automatically disconnect the charge and discharge circuits when excessive temperatures are detected.
CELL BALANCING The BMS balances the cells through top-end balancing and will discharge cells that exceed 3.65V during charging.
INTERNAL CELL SAFETY
THERMAL FUSE: Our latest prismatic cell technology is manufactured with an internal thermal safety fuse between the anode and cathode that will break and disconnect in the unlikely event the cell would begin to overheat.
SAFETY VENT: Each cell has a high-pressure safety vent that will flip open to release energy and prevent explosion.
FLAME RETARDANT ELECTROLYTE: Our cells are manufactured with a flame retardant additive in our electrolyte.

I continue to be amazed at the After Sales Service from Amptron...I have purchased a number of items from them over the years. ad have had to ask many questions during that time. I admit they are not the cheapest around however. I recently had an issue with a Lithium LiFePO4 Battery I had purchased FIVE YEARS AGO...I had inadvertantly flattened it.
Frik, Amptron Techie, talked me through it and explained what I needed to do to recover it...there was no attempt to get me to buy a new one!
My suggestion to anyone seeking anthing to do with RV electics is to consider Amptron.

I bought an amptron lithium 100 ah battery just over four years ago and was very impressed. Three weeks out of warranty it developed a fault and I sent it back to Amptron for inspection. To their credit, they repaired it free of charge even though it was technically out of warranty. Live off grid full time, running three Amptron 48 volt / 100 Ah Lithium batteries. They have been in service now for just on a year and have performed flawlessly. They are cycled everyday anywhere to around 70% SOC down to 40% SOC depending on daily / nightly energy needs.
Just did a capacity test the other day and they still managed to pull 100% capacity with BMS shut off at around 43 volts. In the past I ran L16 size FLA batteries and usually get around 6 years of service from those size FLA's. Hope to see around 10 plus years of service from the Amptron Lithium batteries.

Purchased a 200aH battery, victron shunt, victron 3000 inverter and Bluetooth dongle. They have been very helpful, especially when I was having some issues with the setup. They extensively walked through some of the settings and optimising the system settings. I believe we have fixed the issue. I would highly recommend! 👍

It can be said with great sincerity that I am very happy with the service so far from Amptron. In having contacted the company in May 2022 regarding the power needs for our caravan initially and moving to a purchase in September 2022 of products for vehicle and caravan at no point during the correspondence was there any indication whatsoever of any hard sell tactics, having only ever sensed that there was the motivation from the Amptron representative to be genuinely helpful in determining what best suited our application from the Amptron range.
